Position Purpose:
The Manager, Enterprise Systems, Product Management is a generalist and IT partner to the Human Resources and Franchising & Development business units and the owner of all production and emerging technology solutions that provide service to the Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Learning/Training, Talent Management, Payroll, Contract Administration and Franchising & Business Development teams. 

This Role provides product and process leadership for all project, enhancement, and support initiatives as they arise and collaborates with business users and IT resources while monitoring to ensure that IT solutions are delivered in a timely, efficient, and effective manner while adhering to IT service delivery standards and meeting or exceeding business expectations and requirements. 

Responsibilities:
  • Working with key business functional partners, plan, design, build and support system implementations which enable business process and information delivery success
  • Develop project/enhancement scope definition and detailed requirements through document reviews, user discussions and requirement workshops
  • Lead, mentor, and coach business functional users in making appropriate business process and information delivery changes/decisions to deliver desired results
  • Responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications; manage Regression, and Integration/QA testing
  • Responsible for performing all configuration, best practice setups, and integration efforts for modules supported by this role
  • Adhere to established IT standards for system and applications architecture, configuration and documentation.
  • Develop and implement methodologies, policies and procedures to ensure that systems and applications are compliant with and consistent with company SDLC standards and IT Service Delivery tenets
  • Collaborate with project manager to develop implementation plans to maximize resource allocation, ensure timeliness of delivery, optimize technology solutions and provide appropriate updates to senior management
  • Help identify and resolve project–related risks and issues
  • Understand and support all reporting requirements
  • Support business flow integrations with other DBI applications and 3rd party systems
  • Lead, manage or participate in key organizational IT initiatives, such as business continuity planning, IT audits, and maintain productive relationships with business and IT colleagues
 
Application Support:
  • Responsible for vendor relationships, day-to-day escalations and issues resolution with 3rd party vendors and development teams
  • Responsible for prioritizing break fix/enhancement requests with Technical Managers and Business Users to ensure delivery and acceptance of prioritized requests in a timely manner
  • Responsible for creating/maintaining ongoing documentation for existing or new break/fix, enhancements and business processes, as needed
  • Ensures that all processes and documentation are adequate and effective to meet specifications and audit requirements.
 
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in IT, Business or Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive, relevant IT experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of system implementation/support experience
  • Broad functional experience with the following modules of Oracle eBusiness’ HRMS Application Suite (R12.1.3. preferred): Core HR, Employee/Manager Self Service, Advanced Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning Management  
  • Significant experience in solution delivery and change management through all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including:  Requirements, Design, Build, and Deploy phases
  • Experience in Salesforce would be preferred
  • Experience with Vendor and Release Management is nice to have
  • Experience using tools including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, TOAD/SQL Developer
  • Prior experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite applications other than HRMS Suite is a plus
