IT System Engineer is responsible for the design and engineering of our client's Workspace One environment to deploy images, software, patches, and report inventory. This position will also help design and manage various SaaS applications and services, Identity access management and develop our AWS environment. A hands-on technical position the candidate must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
Strong understanding and knowledge in macOS and Windows setup and administration, network engineering, macOS / Windows Software deployment, Universal Endpoint Management (UEM) administration, and macOS/Windows Support
5+ years of experience with end point management solutions and SaaS applications;
Success in designing and engineering for SMB implementations of end point management in a multi-location environment
Some scripting experience is a plus (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
Strong experience with managing and securing end points
Familiarity with Apple Device Enrollment Program and Apple Volume Purchase Program
Strong communication and technical documentation skills
Ability to effectively manage time between projects and daily operational tasks

IT Client Engineer is responsible for engineering all aspects and features of various UEM solutions to deploy images, software, patches, and report inventory
Additionally, this position will implement and manage various SaaS platforms and services
Okta Design / administration experience.
Manage the engineering & administration of our company owned endpoints
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the technical aspects of our various management platforms (Workspace One, Intune, Autopilot, JAMF Connect)
Assist in change management and compatibility testing of configuration changes on new and existing versions of Windows 10, iOS, and macOS
Provide support for virtualization solutions, including design, configure, install, maintain, and deploy system images
Administer and document software package creation, updates, delivery and deployment
Security patching and vulnerability remediation
Work with architecture team to evaluate current IT policies, procedures and practices and recommend, enact and enforce changes for end users and IT support personnel
Provide training to support team on the use of various UEM and end point solutions and other SaaS products
Ensure Security Applications are distributed and applied as appropriate across workstations and mobile devices
Partner with Information Security Teams leading the introduction of evolving security stack architecture elements
Drive security and configuration standards compliance, and drive spearhead remediation efforts where necessary
Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex technical issues as needed.
