Dynamics 365 Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Project Manager to oversee, execute and manage a large-scale ERP (Dynamics 365) project. Ideal candidate will be a Senior Project Manager capable of managing complex projects, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring a successful end-to-end implementation of a Dynamics 365 ERP solution.
*****Must have previous Dynamics 365 experience AND Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS) experience to be considered.

Ideal candidate will be a Senior Project Manager capable of managing complex projects, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring a successful end-to-end implementation of a Dynamics 365 ERP solution.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Dynamics project including but not limited to: system integration, configuration, workflow, process mapping, optimization, training, data management, continuous improvement, change management and Dynamics 365 troubleshooting and user permissions.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation projects.
- Manage the execution of all components of the approved project plan including project deliverables, timeline, budget, and mitigating risk.
- Confidently leads and facilitates all status meetings - coordinate, book, prepare, monitor attendance, distribute materials, draft meeting minutes and update program documentation
- Ensures documentation repository is up to date for all project documentation, business/technology documents related to the initiatives/projects/programs
- Provide overall program communication and work with all areas affected by the program/project including partners, business sponsors and vendor
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the ERP implementation process.
Requirements:
- Must have 10+ years of Project Management Experience.
- A proven track record of managing Dynamics 365 integration and implementation projects, overseeing successful ERP implementations from initiation through post-implementation support.
- Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- PMP Certification preferred.
