We are seeking a hands-on integrations engineer who enjoy solving complex problems and building impactful solutions. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can make a difference.
You’ll be part of the Enterprise Technology Integrations team, which encompasses Financial Systems (ERP), Human Resource Systems (HRIS), and Information Systems (IT). You’ll be serving this large, close-knit team in developing custom solutions. You will be helping in the integration of semi-disparate systems, whether internally developed or 3rd party business applications (including, but not limited to, multiple ERPs, IT, and HRIS platforms). *Must have extensive experience designing and architecting end-to-end integration solutions!
Job Overview of Integrations Engineer:
Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions that connect disparate systems and platforms, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
Develop custom integration components and connectors using industry-standard technologies and APIs.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed integration solutions, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and addressing issues as they arise.
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and integrity. Use SQL and Python to extract data from various sources and transform it according to business rules.
Work closely with internal clients to understand their business processes and integration needs.
Write technical documents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in systems integration, data integration, and middleware development, with a strong understanding of integration concepts, architectures, and technologies.
2+ years of Python experience in developing and implementing integration solutions and connectors.
3+ years of SQL experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and comfort utilizing the output of SQL statements in Python.
3+ years of relevant usage of web services, APIs (REST, SOAP), and data formats (JSON, XML).
Practical experience with public cloud service platforms (AWS / Azure / Google).
Experience with deploying and scheduling on AWS Batch and Jenkins.
Experience working git
Experience building observability and monitoring into applications.
Experience with authentication and/or identity management (Auth0 or Okta).
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and container applications platforms like Docker for your production services.
Business analytics, financial systems, or accounting experience are a plus!
